Scenario: A new employee is starting and will require a laptop.
With a traditional IT support provider, the process is usually reactive. Once you request it, they create the user account, sell you a laptop, and configure it.
Our approach is different. We want to work proactively with your teams to forecast upcoming roles, identify the equipment and software licenses each role requires, and define an accurate budget in advance. We maintain a clear, up-to-date inventory of all devices—owned by you and accessible whenever you need it.
When a new hire is confirmed, the laptop is already planned for. If required, we purchase it on your behalf, configure it in advance, and ensure everything is ready before day one. We also provide the new employee with the tools and resources they need to succeed—not just an email containing a username and password.
